Clinton Davis (born november 1986 (age 22) in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia), is the newset australian entrepreneur.
Clint's first business project was at age 19, when him and his farther created greymouse (a outsourcing company, enabling the benefits of outsourcing for the Australian SMB market.) in 2006.
As you can see from my Resume I am a C's and D's student. I have poor english and maths skills and at the age of 18 I still had not read a single book from cover to cover.
At that time, my father (A Skilled Investor) had tried many times to get me interested in that field. (Since the age of 16) and kept asking me to read the first book in the rich dad series (rich dad poor dad), I kept refusing as I had never read a book and never intended to do so.
His solution was simple. He asked me if I enjoyed listening. My reply "of course TV is just listening, why wouldn't I listen?" So he proceeded to open the book, and started reading the first few lines from the book.
At first I was sceptical, but as he continued I started to realise that the book he wanted me to read was not just an educational book, it was also story book, about two young boys and their two fathers who have totally different views on the world. After the first chapter he placed a bookmark at the page and told me he was going to bed.
He placed the book on the table text to me and said it was there if I wanted to continue reading. So I continued to read the next few chapters. At first I had to use a piece of paper to cover up the extra words on the pages so I could focus on reading the lines.
After the next few books, I became faster at reading, now I can read pages without the need to cover the extra lines and can read one book (about 250 pages) in around 6 hours.
